Returns Policy
Non-Custom Items
- 30-day return window from delivery date
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility
- Refund processed within 5–7 business days
Custom Items
- Custom items cannot be returned or refunded
- Free replacement for manufacturing defects
- Report defects within 7 days of delivery
- Photos of the defect are required for claims
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
If you paid with store credits, the amount will be returned to your credit balance immediately upon approval.
