All product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that descriptions or pricing are error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time.

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Custom orders are produced according to your specifications and approved design proofs. Once production begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

You are responsible for ensuring that any artwork or designs you submit do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse orders that we believe may violate copyright, trademark, or other laws.

Custom items are non-refundable unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect.

Payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and store credits. All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners.

Store credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. They can be applied to any purchase and do not expire.

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Custom Patches and Wear Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of designs you create or upload. By submitting designs for production, you grant us a limited license to use the design solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We will not use your designs for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Custom Patches and Wear Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
